St John Ambulance Australia (NT) Inc. is a self-funding charitable organisation.  We have been serving the NT community for over 70 years; dedicated to helping people in sickness, distress, suffering or danger.

St John is more than just an Ambulance Service:

•        A comprehensive Emergency Ambulance Service – under contract to the Northern Territory Government.

•        A non-emergency Ambulance Patient Transport Service

•        A fully staffed 24-hour Communications Centre – ‘000’ call takers

•        Clinical Governance, Education and professional Development for our Ambulance staff

•        Volunteers provide First Aid Services at community and public events and assistance during disaster relief

•        Youth support and training through a cadet movement;

•        A Free First Aid in Schools program – teaching age appropriate first aid

•        First Aid Training – delivering community and industry-specific courses

•        First Aid Kits – first aid consumables and restocking services

•        Corporate support to its operational departments

•        A Community Education program – child care centres, vacation care programs and Community Groups

•        Mechanical Services – custom vehicle building & workshop service available to the public
