RapidKL

Rapid KL is a public transport service operating in Klang Valley and Greater Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The acronym stands for Rangkaian Pengangkutan Intergrasi Deras Kuala Lumpur, which translates to Kuala Lumpur Rapid Integrated Transport Network. Menghubungkan Kita Semua translates to Connecting Us All. The service is award winning, holding various awards over a number of years. The Rapid KL service offers transport to popular tourist attractions including the KLCC Twin Towers, KL Tower, Sunway Lagoon and Central Market, as well as other routes across the area. Rapid KL bus network is run by Rapid Bus and in 2008, Rapid bus carried approximately 390,000 passengers a day.

Some of the fleet include the Alexander Dennis Enviro500, it is a double-decker bus built by Alexander Dennis (formerly TransBus), a bus and coach manufacturer in the United Kingdom. The bus is capable of carrying over 100 passengers, with the same footprint as a single deck bus with a lower fuel consumption per passenger carried. Heavy duty air conditioning makes the passenger journey more comfortable, as well as Wi-Fi connectivity, individual reading lights and reclining seats.
